One in three people complain about foot problems. If you’re one of them, this workshop is for you!
You will learn exercises to help make your feet stronger and more flexible. These exercises will not only improve your feet, but will also have a positive impact on your hips and balance.
We will be using a few props to massage, stretch and strengthen our muscles. There will also be a couple of foot exercises for you to take away, so you can practice at home and keep your feet healthy.
