How does candlelight, soft music, warmth and a chilled out guided stretch class sound?

Giving yourself just one hour a week can make everything you are doing so much more productive and enjoyable.

This class will be very gentle for those looking to chill, but if you want to work deeply into your muscles to really stretch out you will be safely guided through.
