Metafit is a high-intensity workout involving a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session by massively boosting your metabolism! By using bodyweight, Metafit is suitable for all abilities with regressions of all exercises and based on explosive movements! Every class is different with new movements, new music and you're guaranteed to get very sweaty! Please wear indoor trainers and bring a small towel and a bottle of water!
