  • 1 x handful blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 125g greek yoghurt, or vegan alternative
  • 1 x tsp honey, to taste
  • 2 x tbsp rolled porridge oats
  • 100ml almond milk or alternative
  • 1 x tbsp milled flaxseed or seed mix (optional)
