Cara Searle

Cara grew up in Cornwall and started dancing at the age of 3. Cara is trained in many styles and teaches ballet, contemporary, jazz and tap but her main passion has always been ballet. Growing up, Cara performed annually with the Duchy Ballet (Cornwall’s youth ballet) and also competed in festivals and competitions including the Cecchetti South West ballet awards in which she won first place.


Cara took part in an intensive course with the Royal Ballet at the Royal Opera House, and spent a week training with Rambert Dance Company before successfully auditioning to attend Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. During her training at Rambert, Cara took classes from some of the country’s top teachers including Ross Mckim, Kerry Nicholls, Jackie Barrett and dancers/ choreographers from world renowned companies like Hofesh Schechter, Rambert and Richard Alston. Cara completed her degree at Falmouth University and has been teaching ever since.
