Pilates for Upper Body Workshop – Thursday 14th August – 9am
This session is all about building a strong, balanced upper body—focusing on the shoulders, arms, back, and chest—while improving posture and overall mobility.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Build strength and stability in your back and chest
- Improve posture and alignment
- Increase mobility and flexibility in the upper body
This workshop is suitable for all levels and especially great for surfers looking to improve paddling strength, shoulder stability, and flexibility, as well as for desk workers who need to relieve tightness and strengthen their upper body to combat the effects of prolonged sitting.
