Contemporary Lyrical Dance
Contemporary Lyrical Dance is a great class for those who love to move freely and expressively to great music! It is also a great class for promoting strength, stamina, flexibility and coordination.
As well as learning choreography, there is also a focus on developing technique and performance skills,

Please note, to prepare for our summer show on Sunday 29th June 2025 at The Hall for Cornwall, enrolment and trials for dance classes is now closed and will reopen on Monday 30th June 2025. This does not include our Mini Movers or Ballet Minis classes.
