Dance Fit

Dance Fit is a fitness class with a dance element using easy to follow routines to up upbeat tunes. Dance Fit is a fun, high intensity, all over body workout incorporating dance moves as well as traditional aerobic exercises. 

Fitness enthusiasts have been burning up the dance floor for years, rockin’ off the calories to the sound of heart-pumping tunes and easy-to-master moves.

The key to burning calories is moving the whole body which is why dance is so effective as your doing just that. Some of our Dance Fit routines focus on cardio and others focus on toning legs, bums and tums!

One of the best things about dance fitness classes is that they’re accessible to almost all fitness levels. They also provide an easy and fun way for people to get active with a wide variety of offerings.
