Barre
Barre is a dynamic, total body workout designed to sculpt, tone and transform.
This low-impact yet high-intensity class focuses on targeting and conditioning the smaller muscle groups to define your shape, boost endurance and build strength. Set to uplifting music, Barre classes take place mainly at the barre and are guided with safe, controlled movements that challenge both the body and mind.
You’ll also use a range of props — including Pilates balls, resistance bands and more — to enhance your workout, improve balance and flexibility, and deepen the burn. It’s not just a class — it’s an energising, empowering experience that leaves you feeling stronger, taller and ready to take on the day.
