Adult Dance Fit
If you are looking to find fitness with fun - this is the class for you! Dance Fit is a great way to get in shape. It’s good fun, it will get your heart pumping and best of all you won’t even realise you’re working out!
Barre
Barre is a total body workout aimed at shaping and toning your body. Classes are mainly done at the Barre and offer a challenging workout which gets the heart pumping. You also get to enjoy great tunes as you workout!
