We use the world-renowned International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) scheme as part of our curriculum and our students have the opportunity to take graded examinations set by the IDTA. We also offer the opportunity for all our students to participate in various shows and performances throughout the year.

A variety of teacher led fitness and wellbeing classes are also offered at the studio, with the aim of promoting healthier lifestyles, improved wellness and positive mental health. These classes include Pilates, Yoga, Barre and ABC Fit. We also aim to offer a variety of health and wellbeing workshops throughout the year.

In terms of our resources, Savvy Studios offers the highest quality in provision including two professional wood sprung Harlequin dance floors, considered the safest for dance and indoor activity. All of our teachers are fully qualified and experienced with enhanced DBS checks. We also have a controlled and monitored entrance, adding to the safe and secure environment for children in our care.

At Savvy Studios we are committed to offering a creative, stimulating and inclusive environment, which embraces diversity, with a focus on inspiring students and promoting their physical, intellectual, artistic and emotional well-being through the medium of dance, the performing arts and fitness.

Our Mission

Our mission is to offer a creative and supportive family, where people feel safe and confident to explore their inner creative selves and discover, accept and embrace their own uniqueness.

Our Aims

We aim to offer inspiring, creative and challenging classes in a supportive and inclusive environment where our students feel valued and respected and meet challenges with the expectation to succeed.

We will endeavour to ensure that our teachers and carers apply a duty of care to their students, embracing diversity and meeting the highest standards in terms of provision and expectations.

We will encourage our students to embrace and connect with their own unique and individual selves, with the aim of guiding them away from the destructive pressure and influence of social media, which has such a profound and negative impact on the mental health of so many individuals within our community.
