“The foam roller is one of the most commonly used pieces of small equipment for Pilates. On the foam roller we can challenge the balance, improve core stability, address imbalances in the body as well as using it for fascial release. This versatile piece of equipment can do wonders for the posture and leave you feeling balanced, centred and released. What’s not to love!” - Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

Back by popular demand we are hosting yet another of our wonderful Adult Ballet Workshops and this time it will be...... SLEEPING BEAUTY! After a full warm up and technique training with the brilliant PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) system, a ballet class with Barre, Centre Practise and some Adage (we are leaving the allegro out of this one so no jumping!!) we will then be waltzing with the garlands and filling our hearts with the joy of Ballet. Please feel comfortable and wear what you like, if you feel great in full ballet attire then go for it!

Pilates - Lower Back Pain

"Lower back pain affects millions of adults and can be completely debilitating, however by gently exercising and moving the body correctly and regularly we can certainly help to alleviate the symptoms. This workshop will help with some of the most common causes of back pain in a group setting. If you suffer with general back aches and pains this workshop will take you through some tips and tricks to help you live pain free!” - Please wear something you are comfortable to move in.

“Who doesn’t love a DISCO BARRE! Get dressed up, get the disco vibe ON and work out for an hour to some of the best Disco Classics in the world!! "In this workshop we will work the feet with mobility, strength, placement and release any discovered tension. The feet are the foundations of correct posture and good foot placement can help reduce pain in the hips, knees and lower back. We will end the session by learning how to care for our feet so get ready to massage your own feet!" - Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pair of socks.

Our brilliant teacher Ben is full of energy and ready to workout with you for this 45 min Barre Express class. Want to dance with a genuine former Parisian showgirl, want to hear the backstage stories and learn all the tricks to walking like a diva? Then join us for the fun and inclusive workshop. No experience is necessary, just the courage to trust yourself and find your inner showgirl! (We all have one!) This class can be done in heels, we have a few pairs spare you may fit into or bring your own! Please ensure they are clean and free from anything that may damage our bespoke flooring!
