Calling all runners! Whether you’re training for a race or just love to run casually, our Pilates for Runners workshop is designed to introduce you to exercises that can support and enhance your running experience.

This targeted session blends Pilates principles with functional movement to help you:

  • Improve running posture and efficiency
  • Strengthen key muscle groups (glutes, core, hips)
  • Increase flexibility and reduce risk of injury
  • Recover faster and move with greater ease
